Description:
Emanuel Ax has been playing the first Brahms piano concerto for over 50 years and says that even after all this time, it's still terrifyingly difficult. That may be true, but you'd never guess it from his brilliant performance this week with the RCO.
Jayne P. of Belle Mead, NJ won last week's encore contest by correctly ID'ing Chopin's Grande Waltz Brillante, Op. 34 no. 2.
Produced in partnership with Radio Netherlands Worldwide
